We are bringing it all to the Big Sleepover! From Music to Wrestling, Outdoor Cinema to meeting your heroes, we aim to have something for all ages for a truly inclusive family event. With the amazing sports action provided by our sister festival, the Heart of Wales Challenge, we're excited to welcome you all to what is certain to be and incredible weekend. The Heart of Wales 7s, originally the Creative Rugby 7s, was born out of the desire to bring a premier party and playing experience to all of Wales.
