Terms and Conditions

1. Bookings & Reservations

1.1. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Dol-Llys Farm Caravan & Camping.
1.2. The lead booker must be aged 18 or over.
1.3. A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable; however, we may be able to offer a change of dates subject to availability and at our discretion.
1.4. Any amendments to bookings must be requested in writing and are subject to availability.
1.5. Arrival is from 1:00 PM and departure is by 12:00 PM (midday) unless agreed in advance.

2. Site Rules

2.1. Guests must follow all site rules displayed on-site or communicated by management.
2.2. Quiet hours apply between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
2.3. Campfires and BBQs are only permitted in designated areas and must be raised off the ground. Fires must never be left unattended and must be fully extinguished before being left or at the end of use. Disposable BBQs must be placed on a non-combustible surface and must not be used directly on grass. Fire pits are available for guest use.
2.4. Fireworks, sky lanterns, and hazardous items are strictly prohibited.
2.5. Guests are responsible for the behaviour of all members of their party and any visitors.
2.6. Visitors must be agreed with management and may be required to sign in.
2.7. All group bookings must be approved in advance by the site owners.

3. Facilities

3.1. Facilities such as toilets, showers, and other amenities are provided for guest use and must be treated with respect.
3.2. We aim to keep all facilities operational, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability due to maintenance or unforeseen issues.
3.3. Any damage caused to facilities must be reported immediately and may be chargeable.

4. Vehicles & Pitches

4.1. Vehicles must be parked in designated areas only.
4.2. One vehicle per pitch may be included unless otherwise agreed.
4.3. Additional vehicles may incur an extra charge.
4.4. Electric hook-ups are provided for standard camping use only. Charging of electric vehicles (cars, vans, bikes, etc.) is strictly prohibited.
4.5. The use of generators is not permitted on site.
4.6. Guests must follow any guidance regarding pitch allocation or spacing.

5. Safety & Responsibility

5.1. Guests stay at Dol-Llys Farm Caravan & Camping at their own risk.
5.2. We accept no liability for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings or vehicles.
5.3. Guests are responsible for their own safety and that of children and pets in their care.
5.4. Dol-Llys Farm is a working farm. Children must be supervised at all times due to moving vehicles, machinery, livestock, and uneven ground.
5.5. Guests must take extra care around farm operations and follow any safety instructions provided by staff.

6. River Safety

6.1. A river runs through or alongside the campsite and may be accessed by guests.
6.2. Swimming and water activities are permitted at your own risk.
6.3. The river can present hazards including strong currents, slippery surfaces, changing water levels, and cold temperatures.
6.4. Children must be supervised at all times near the water.
6.5. Dol-Llys Farm Caravan & Camping accepts no responsibility for accidents or injuries related to river use.

7. Pets

7.1. Dogs and other pets are welcome only if kept under control at all times.
7.2. Dogs must be kept on a lead unless in designated areas.
7.3. Owners must clean up after their pets immediately.
7.4. Any nuisance or aggressive behaviour may result in being asked to leave.

8. Waste & Recycling

8.1. Guests must dispose of all waste responsibly using the bins and recycling facilities provided on site.
8.2. Recycling should be separated where facilities are available.
8.3. Please do not leave rubbish on pitches or around the campsite.
8.4. Large or unusual waste must not be left on site without prior agreement.

9. Cancellations & Refunds

9.1. All cancellations must be made in writing (email or contact form).
9.2. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
9.3. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival are not eligible for a refund.
9.4. At our discretion, bookings may be transferred to alternative dates subject to availability.
9.5. We recommend guests take out suitable holiday insurance.

10. Weather Policy

10.1. Camping is an outdoor activity and is subject to weather conditions.
10.2. No refunds will be given for adverse weather conditions.
10.3. In extreme circumstances where the site must close for safety reasons (e.g. flooding or severe weather), we will offer alternative dates or refunds at our discretion.

11. Data Protection

11.1. Personal information provided during booking will be used only for managing reservations and improving our services.
11.2. We will handle personal data in accordance with UK data protection laws.
11.3. We will not share your information with third parties unless required by law or with your consent.

12. Right to Refuse or Terminate Stay

12.1. We reserve the right to refuse admission or terminate a stay without refund if:

• Site rules are breached

• Behaviour is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate

• Guests cause damage or disturbance

13. General

13.1. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
13.2. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
13.3. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining sections remain valid.
